Our Policy

We offer a 07-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible, your fragrance item must be unused minimum 89% remaining, and in the same original premium packaging with the protective seal intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via whatsaapp. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
